Grown on small family farms in renowned Uji, Japan and the rich volcanic soils of Kagoshima. With our farmers' proprietary organic fertilization practices, our Organic Imperial Blend Matcha is able to be shaded longer than traditional organic matcha. Produced in small batches and cold stored vacuum sealed to maintain freshness.

We recommend preparing as Usucha (thin tea) with 165F water.
