Matcha Almond Protein Balls are an excellent way to start your day with a quick, healthy breakfast you and grab during your busy morning routine or something you can easily take with you for a healthy mid-day snack. They're packed with protein and thanks to the Matcha they're also packed with antioxidants, L-theanine, and sustained caffeine energy.

With no baking required this can easily be whipped up in the evening to be ready for the rest of the week. Stored in the refrigerator, these will last at least 4 weeks and in the freezer they'll last even longer though, these are so delicious and healthy, storage will be the least of your worries after you add this recipe to your repertoire.

Ingredients:
- 3 cups of rolled oats
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup vanilla whey protein powder
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup chopped almonds
- 100 grams of 70% cacao chopped
- 3 tablespoons of preimum culinary grade Matcha powder
Instructions:
Step 1:
Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl and mix together thoroughly
Step 2:
Line some plates or a pan with parchment paper
Step 3:
With your hands, form the mixture into 1-2 inch balls and place them on the parchment lined pan or plate
Step 4:
Place the protein bites in the refrigerator for at least an hour to fully solidify
Step 5:
You can store the protein bites in an air tight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 weeks or even longer in the freezer
